2022 Fall Friends and Fundraiser

Join us for our annual Fall Friends and Fundraiser! It is a wonderful opportunity to invite friends and family to come and see what our community has to offer through the ministry work of our Pregnancy and Family Resource Center! Join our staff and volunteers to learn more about the CPC.
This year, our event will feature:
- Hors d’oeurves, desserts, and a social hour preceding our program.
- CPC informational tables hosted by staff and volunteers.
- A silent auction of watercolor paintings by local artist, Tom Thiery!
- A keynote provided by Carolyn Doyle.

About the Speaker: Carolyn Doyle
Carolyn Doyle is the President of Life Matters Worldwide in Grand Rapids, MI. The past twenty-five years of her life, Carolyn has been committed to the Biblical truth that all human life is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). This divine view of humanity is what drives both Carolyn and Life Matters Worldwide to courageously challenge others to value everyone God has made.
This view has been the motivating force behind every decision she has made professionally. Carolyn has a B.A. in Education, throughout her career, she taught high school, then served as Director of an after-school program for at-risk youth, and served at a West Michigan pregnancy center for 16 years in various roles, nine of those years as Executive Director. She currently combines her years of teaching, conference speaking, leadership, and her love for life at Life Matters Worldwide.
From local churches to pregnancy care centers, it is her focus to encourage, equip, connect, and build community around what the Bible says about valuing people, in an embodiment of Christ’s love. She has the heart of a shepherd and seeks to bring people to a deeper, more intimate relationship with God.
Carolyn was raised on the mission field by parents who understood ministry and provided invaluable training for both home and foreign missions. Carolyn is single and lives in Holland, MI. She loves to travel and spends as much time as possible with her family, friends, neighbors, and Benson, her Basset Hound.
About the Artist: Tom Thiery
Tom Thiery is a local Adrian artist. He learned to draw from his father at a young age and currently paints breathtaking watercolors and acrylics.
We are thrilled to feature a few of his pieces for a silent auction during our 2022 fundraiser. Thank you, Tom!
